Nobela Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Nobela only ships within Australia. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 
    • Until July 31, 2025 - EOFY Special | FREE on all orders within Australia
    • Orders over AUD $100: FREE
    • Orders under AUD $100 (After Special): Flat rate of AUD $7
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of AUD $15

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or for orders with customized items.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. 

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.  

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.

Free Shipping Promotion

Our free standard shipping promotion applies to orders with a subtotal of AUD $100 or more after any discounts have been applied.
